NIKKI RINEER – As Greenstone Mosaic continues to grow and change, we are delighted to announce that Nikki Rineer has joined our team. She brings with her experience in both senior living and community programs and partnerships.
Nikki Rineer has a passion to strengthen organizational culture through her love of discovery and connecting the dots. There is a difference between how a leader describes a desired culture and what actually happens. An aligned culture is one in which team members can easily describe and embody the organization’s values. Nikki believes improving culture can appear to be a relatively elementary principal – the investment comes by your long-term commitment to ensure it is the #1 priority for every single member of the team.
Nikki brings over 20 years of expertise in evaluating and understanding what makes organizations thrive. In her most recent role, she served as the President of Holleran, a research and consulting firm that specializes in conducting senior living stakeholder engagement surveys, leadership development and community needs assessments. During that time, she was privileged to work with more than 300 senior living executives across the nation to plan and execute research that delivered actionable business intelligence. Through the lens of research she has guided organizations in prioritizing opportunities for internal improvement and external expansion of services.
Nikki is a recognized leader in the senior living field and her heart’s work is developing the next generation of leaders. She embraces a leadership model that is both vulnerable and authentic and she believes that courage is contagious.
In the last 5 years of Nikki’s career, she has had the privilege of working with organizations such as Acts Retirement-Life Communities, Asbury, Brightview Senior Living, Covenant Living Communities and Services, Front Porch, Greystone and Westminster Canterbury Richmond to name a few.

Making a Difference
At Greenstone Mosaic, we believe we have a responsibility to contribute to the health of the larger community. In keeping with the values that make up our cultural DNA, we will seek opportunities to support organizations which may not otherwise be able to engage such services.
When clients work with us, they become an integral part of this spirit of contribution.
